WHEN AND HOW WILL I GET CHARGED?
Sessions can be purchased either individually or on a weekly recurring basis (voice only). Individual Sessions are requested on the booking page, and must be approved before purchase. Once approved, you will receive an invoice to your registered email, which must be paid in order to confirm your booking. Bookings that are not paid upon receipt will be cancelled. Payments can be made via all major credit cards or venmo @ashrosestudios. Weekly Voice Plans can be purchased and scheduled on the booking page and will be charged on a recurring cycle every week thereafter until cancelled (recommended for recurring students). Weekly payments can be made via all major credit cards.
CAN I CANCEL MY SESSION? CAN I GET A REFUND?
Yes! Sessions can be cancelled for a full refund at least 72 hours in advance. After that, only 50% is refundable. Cancelling less than 24 hours will forfeit all payment. To cancel, email me at ashrosestudios@gmail.com
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL WITHIN 72 HOURS?
No worries, you can reschedule your lesson for another available time at no additional cost. Make-up sessions are limited to one per month and must be completed within 10 days of original cancelled session. Please email me at ashrosestudios@gmail.com to reschedule.

As a longtime voice student myself, I can say that weekly lessons are the key to success! Having a consistent schedule of routined weekly practice is a sure way to achieve your goals. Choosing a weekly plan is the most convenient, hassle free way to assure you are able to retain your weekly lesson schedule, while also benefiting from a one time payment setup. You won't have to keep coming back each week to purchase a new session!
